At Olive & Branch M&D our product development program is built on the belief that only strong research can create truly unique, lasting products that can generate real results. Central to our research and innovation efforts, are three key facets:

  • Advanced Research: we are continuously researching to enrich our scientific knowledge about chemicals, raw materials, new active ingredients, and new advances in materials technology. Each day our employees research and discover, ultimately, to invent and develop products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety, and the needs and aspirations of our customers.
  • Innovation Assets: unique active ingredients, formulation skills, and evaluation expertise, are what we call innovation assets. Our level of strength in these asset areas dictate our market competitive advantages. If we are strong in each area, we will continually have access to new elements, molecules, or ingredients which we can then develop into a finished product, that can be brought to market after in-depth evaluation to determine safety and effectiveness.
  • Innovation Values: underpinning our innovation strategy are fundamental values that influence each phase of our research and innovation process. These values are: - product safety is a priority, have respect for the environment, and a good price vs performance relationship is essential for success.
