No-Siment

Description

No-Siment cement and concrete softener is a safe and effective formula designed specifically to dissolve and remove cement and concrete buildup, from Cementing trailers, Ready-Mix trucks, tools, and other equipment. It eliminates the need for blasting, chiseling, or jack hammering hardened cement or concrete buildup, reducing downtime and maintenance costs, and lengthening the life of equipment and tools.

A multipurpose performing product, No-Siment acts by softening the cement or concrete surface, making it easier to wash away. No-Siment will also dissolve cement at a much faster rate than competing products. It is comprised of biodegradable raw materials and surfactants and is formulated to be safer for end users and the environment. No-Siment does not contain any pure and strong mineral acids like Hydrochloric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, and Sulfuric Acid, and offers lower toxicity and reduced corrosion characteristics for a wider application range.

No-Siment is effective on all types of cement and concrete blends, both porous and non-porous, and can be used on metal, wood, and plastic surfaces.

FEATURES

All of the No-Siment range of products offer the following features:

• Effective – No-Siment effectively dissolves hardened cement, concrete, mortar, grout, mineral deposits, and more.
• Safe – No-Siment is safe on most surfaces, including glass and most plastics (see the Application section below for the specific surfaces each version of No-Siment can be used on). It removes cement or concrete build-up without damaging the equipment and keeps applied surfaces looking clean and new.
  Formulated with biodegradable materials, No-Siment’s highly effective formula does not contain Muriatic Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, Hydrofluoric Acid, Sulfuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, or Phosphates, making it a more environmentally friendly option.
• Multipurpose – No-Siment can be used on all types of rolling equipment including cementing trailers (oil & gas), bulk cement trailers, job-site equipment, ready mix trucks, and other mixing and pumping equipment. It can also be used on tools, form hardware, and any object that has a build-up of cement, concrete, scale deposits, lime deposits, and or efflorescence.
• Easy to Use – No-Siment is easy to use and apply. Areas with light build-up of cement, concrete, or other materials will require one application of No-Siment. Areas with moderate to severe build-up may require more than one application over a longer time frame.
• Cost-Effective – No-Siment offers performance and cost advantages when dissolving cement, concrete, scale, and lime deposits, compared to other competing products on the market.
